Essentia was founded in Montreal, where our organic foam and fabrics are still produced today. Every mattress is then assembled at our state of the art facility in Boca Raton, Florida.

Many companies claim their products are made in Canada, which is not the entire truth. Some brands assemble in Canada but import their core components from other countries. When it comes to mattresses, small and large brand name companies often import their foams and memory foams from China. Because assembly happens on Canadian soil, they label the finished product "Made in Canada," even though the materials that matter most were sourced elsewhere.
Essentia is different. Our patented organic memory foam is manufactured in our own factory in Montreal, using our proprietary formulation from start to finish.
