The Essentia craftsmen focus on the details that make this level of support possible. Once each layer has been manufactured and tested they are assembled into the final patented molding stage where the final Beausommet formula latex foam is poured, bonding all layers together and transforming it to this highly supportive full foam mattress core. The core is now ready for its curing stage, after which it goes through its finishing stage before being packaged and shipped directly to you.
