For hygiene reasons, Essentia pillows are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Every pillow is backed by a one-year warranty to protect your investment.
Can I wash an Essentia pillow?
Yes. The GOTS certified organic cotton cover is removable and can be machine washed in cold water with a mild detergent, then air dried. Avoid bleach and high heat, which can shrink organic cotton. Spot clean the inner latex with a damp cloth and never put the whole pillow in the washing machine. As a bonus, the Beyond Latex foam is impervious to dust mites.
